As BEST is concerned with providing the evidence base for clinical care outcomes, we also need to make sure that our service is evidence-based; i.e. that our service is making a real impact on people's clinical work, service provision or development of research ideas.
Therefore we send all question submitters a 5 minute evaluation survey within a month of providing a summary, which we do please ask you to complete.
